Designed in Napoli, now designing from Zürich. I’m always looking for what’s next: new markets, new audiences, new technologies, new teams. The challenges that don’t come with a playbook are the ones that draw me in.
Big ideas rarely start in a slide deck. They start in human conversations, often uncomfortable ones. That’s where I like to work: turning organisational and product complexity into clear direction and concrete action, grounded in people’s needs.
I’d rather try, learn and adjust than over-plan. So, let’s do it.
